We start by getting clear. In the first phase, you’ll complete a personalized assessment (Enneagram or PXT Select) and work with Paula to create your Whole Leader Dashboard—anchoring your vision, values, strengths, blindspots, and priorities. 

From there, we build a growth plan that aligns with your goals and context.

The middle phase is all about experimentation: practicing new leadership strategies, deepening emotional agility, and leveraging your strengths with intention. We track your progress throughout and reflect often. 

By the end of the year, we’ll look back to celebrate the distance you’ve traveled—and the clarity you’ve gained.

Throughout the year, you’ll engage in bi-weekly sessions and four strategic intensives aligned to your leadership arc: Alignment, Influence, Culture, and Legacy. Between sessions, you’ll have on-demand support for real-time needs. We adapt in the moment, but always stay grounded in your long-term goals. 

As the year concludes, we’ll reflect on the growth you’ve achieved and set the course for your next chapter.
